Torah Study – asking questions, searching for answers – the greatest mitzvah we have.
Adult Education
A wonderful educational experience awaits you! Chabad of Patchogue adult education programs are open to all regardless of background or affiliation. Our programs offer an excellent opportunity for those who wish to broaden their educational and spiritual horizons or those who may simply be seeking to better communicate Jewish values and ideals to their children.
The atmosphere of every class is designed to be warm and friendly – ensuring a pleasant rapport between instructor and student, as well as wide-open avenues for open and stimulating discussion.
Lighten Up Your Mind!

Learning Torah isn't like any other study. Other studies are means to gain knowledge. Learning Torah is an end in itself. It's the experience of asking questions, searching for answers, getting in synch with the minds of the sages – the experience of making contact with the Divine Intellect.

Torah shares the same etymology as the Hebrew word orah, "light" – its teachings shine a light on life and show you which way to go. And its study is a mitzvah – actually, the greatest mitzvah we have.
